The Billable Rate calculator is completely free to use — no account required, no sign-up, no data collected. All calculations happen in your browser. We also provide market rate benchmarks by skill category and experience level, drawn from publicly available data including the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Upwork, and the Freelancers Union.
